Early Learning Program (ELP)

Last week I had a chance to talk to a lady who explained me what is ELP. This is first time I heard this term and later I found out that for all of my friends I spoke to also it was first time. There is a vast amount of research done on this and googling it can fetch you the interesting links. So, I don't start explaining here. One link worth to mention here is:

I have taken interested in this and taking one of the basic option, then plannning to extend it further later as it is relatively expensive. I had sent this lady to a friend of mine and she was fascinated by the content of the package and she opted as well.
